HLG General Meetings

HLG extends invitations to elected officials in the St. Louis region (Missouri and Illinois) to attend the General Meetings. The emphasis of these General Meetings is to represent the Hispanic community to local and state lawmakers so that the Hispanic voice as a community is heard. Issues that concern are addressed in the special function with the goal of educating all participants and making a difference for the betterment of the community.

February General Meeting

The February General Meeting is normally when we discuss the topics for the Hispanic Capitol Day

April General Meeting

The April General Meeting is normally when we share what is the HSA and scholarship opportunities

June General Meeting

The June General Meeting is normally when we call elected officials to discuss relevant topics for our Hispanic Community

August General Meeting

The August General Meeting is when we call elected officials to Civic Engagement topics for our Hispanic Community

October General Meeting

The october General Meeting is when we call elected officials to Civic Awareness topics for our Hispanic Community

December General Meeting

The December General Meeting is when we have the HLG Board Elections.
