2022 Hispanic Capitol Day

(past event)

The Hispanic Capitol Day is a day when the HLG brings people from our community to discuss Hispanic relevant matters and bills with our state representatives.

On that date, in a non-partisan manner, the Hispanic community of Missouri has the opportunity to talk to elected officials and heads of agencies to dialogue, educate, influence them and hear their voices.

The first edition of the Hispanic Capitol Day was in 2001.

The objective of the conference is to educate politicians, in a non-partisan manner, on issues of importance to Hispanics, and put forth informational activities to increase the general public’s awareness of Hispanic causes. This initiative also strives to politically empower the Missouri Hispanic community.

AGENDA

We hold 3 virtual conference meetings, one hour each, with different panelists.
