Auto-Renew Subscription
You will need a PayPal account or will be asked to create a PayPal account at the ned of the payment inside PayPal.
One Year Subscription
You don't need to create a PayPal account to pay with the credit card for the "One Year Subscription". Just click on "Pay with Credit Card" when you get on the PayPal application.
